  • Amazing service. Very clean. Has two bedrooms bathroom and kitchenette. Lady owner lives in the house behind and was very accommodating. Made me amazing breakfast in the morning. She even got up early to make me breakfast by 6:45am since I had to leave at 7am. Will definitely stay there again.

  • This was great little B&B – lovely woman, Leonie, runs Best St. Lots of thought in the amenity, well cooked breakfast – pleasant but not intrusive. Really good coffee just a few doors up the street.

  • “Beautiful B&B”

We stayed here on an overnight trip to Wagga recently. This is a fantastic place to stay and Leonie our host was so thoughtful and friendly (so was George the dashshound). The accommodation is a cute federation cottage which we had to ourselves. The bed is sooooo comfortable and we enjoyed a beer on the porch overlooking Leonie’s lovely garden before walking up the street to an Italian restaurant. In the morning Leonie cooked us a country breakfast of bacon and eggs leaving us to show ourselves out once we were ready. This is a fantastic B&B – thanks Leonie it was lovely to meet you and we will be back when we are next in Wagga. PS The best coffee shop in Wagga is 2 doors away.

Room Tip: Both rooms are beautiful
